Good question. I was just listening to "I'm Beaming" by Lupe Fiasco and in the song he mentions timpani so that just reminded me of my days playing percussion. Snare drum, bass drum, timps, bongos, triangle, cymbals - all of it. I think I was pretty good at it too. I won the band award so maybe that means something. haha. I told my mom in 5th grade that I wanted to be in the band, but didn't want to play any instrument where I had to blow anything (pause). That left the drums. I feel like unless I went to middle school with you, you probably didn't know that.
